2) You should evaluate the reasons for why you want to lose weight. If you are doing it because someone told you to, you will not stick to it long and end up where you started from. Your motivation must be pure because you will need to be committed to it when you start.

3) In order to lose weight you have to adjust certain areas of your life including the way you eat, how you eat, your behavior about eating, and how much activity to do get in a day.

4) When you plan on losing weight think about all the positive changes you will find about yourself. Your self-esteem will improve. Your health will get better. And you’ll end up doing more activities since you will weigh less.
