How to Eat Snacks Without Gaining Weight
Being obese can out you into a bad state of mind. You wonder if you ever will be able to see your feet again. But, despite your size, you don’t want to diet because you can’t give up your snacks. Well believe it or not, you can eat your snacks and still lose weight. Impossible you may say? Well here are ways you can eat snacks and lose the weight you have:
Limit yourself to drinking one small glass of tomato juice, eat only a few low-fat pretzels, have air-popped popcorn, and perhaps you can add one sugar-free Jell-O snack for the day. This will help keep you from binging at dinner time.
If you want a few more calories, you can eat a handful of animal crackers, air-popped popcorn in combination with a handful of peanuts, a handful of grapes, and a can of fruit cocktail with a little cottage cheese on top. This type of snack is not only good for you but gives you plenty of protein and the right amount of nutrients your body needs.
If you will limit your daily needs to only two meals for the day instead of three, you could consume the foods you tried above, but also add chocolate raisins, orange juice, non-fat yogurt, apple sauce, and even a fudgesicle to your snack menu, along with soup, a turkey sandwich, and some graham crackers. This will not only take care of your appetite but keep you from eating too much the rest of the day.
The advantage to snacking is it keeps you from getting hungry so you don’t overindulge at meal time.
