have enough fruits and vegetables that are packed with nutrients and fibers. Vitamins and antioxidants are also an important ingredient of
fruits and vegetables. These fill up your stomach fast and you do not feel like eating very soon again. They are however very low in calories.
Thus your calorie count remains at a low level. One must also take care of the portion size one
takes in while eating. A particular serving of pasta specifies 1/2 cup of cooked pasta. But the restaurants serve 4 servings in a particular
dish, so one must be careful while eating anything. One must eat small meals very frequently helps balancing the calorie intake throughout the
day. This keeps the blood sugar level quite balanced. One can avoid three big meals and try taking 5 -6 small meals throughout the
day.

find out the weight he possesses carefully and accurately. One such method of measuring weight is known as underwater weighing. This is an
accurate method for determining what percentage of fat is present in your body. The equipments used in this process are highly sophisticated.
This method is based on the fact that oil rises on top when it is used in a salad dressing. Similarly when the body is under water it can
determine how lean or fat one is. One sits in a tank full of water in a chair designed specially with a weight belt attached to the waist. A
technician who is trained submerges the body inside the water and air is forced out from the lungs. For 10 seconds the body remains under
water and the technician records the body weight. After repeating this for 8 to 10 times he decides the weight.
